1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Semory ("the Service"), operated by Semory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Semory is an AI-powered sales companion that captures phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, and Google Meet recordings, then extracts customer intelligence, follow-ups, and pipeline insights for your sales team.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Record calls or conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Semory. We do not sell your data. We use it only to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing.

6. Recording consent

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording consent laws (including two-party consent jurisdictions). You must inform all participants before recording any call, meeting, or conversation through the Service.

7. AI-generated content

Semory uses AI to extract insights, draft follow-ups, and surface intelligence. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, without liability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Semory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
